Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, select your appropriate size, then choose “Add to cart”.  After you have finished your selection, select “Shopping Cart" on the top right of the screen, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that the full amount is taken on all orders at the time of order.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. If you are shopping from inside the European Union but outside of the eurozone, once your order has been placed, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. You are charged immediately upon placing your order.

If you are outside of the European Union and wish to place an order, please contact us using the Contact button.

When you receive a confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Shipping and Handling

Carriage is included in the price for all orders within the European Union.  If you are outside of the European Union, please contact us and we will advise the revised price to reflect the cost of shipping.  All orders are shipped using an international courier organisation such as UPS or DHL. When selecting a delivery address, please consider that someone will need to be available to sign for your item.

Please check all goods received carefully upon delivery. If either the goods or packaging appear damaged please sign for them as 'Goods Received Damaged' and contact us as soon as possible with a note of your order number.

Our bikes are built to order, from scratch.  Therefore there is typically a lead time of four to six weeks.  Once your order is placed by us with the manufacturer, we will confirm the approximate date of delivery. 

All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

 

Tax Charges

Sales tax, known as VAT, is not charged on orders outside the European Union.  Within the European Union, the online shop price includes VAT.  Please contact us if you are outside of the European Union and wish to place an order.

 

Credit Card Security

We use third party credit card processing which means that we never see your credit card details.

 

Guarantee

Milani Cycles Factory bicycles carry a three year warranty against manufacturing defects.

 

Privacy Policy

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information.

 

Hemisphere Racing Limited does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

 

We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us, but you can help Hemisphere Racing Limited update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by using the account profile pages or notifying Hemisphere Racing Limited of any changes to your address, title, phone number or email address.

 

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to Tools | Internet Options | Privacy and selecting to block cookies.
